WHO delivers 35MT of emergency medical supplies to health facilities in Tigray region
Addis Ababa, March 20 (FBC) – World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office for Ethiopia confirmed that 35 metric tons of emergency medical supplies delivered to health facilities in Tigray region.
The latest round of supplies was obtained from the support by EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid, USAID and UNCERF – the UN’s Emergency Fund, it is noted.
It is also confirmed that the emergency medical supplies are being delivered to 48 Health facilities in Central and Northwest zones of Tigray region, targeting to benefit 700,000 people.
