WHO delivers 19MT of medical supplies to health centers in Afar Region

Addis Ababa, August 21, 2023 (FBC) – The World Health Organization (WHO) announced that it is distributing 19 MTs of emergency medical supplies to health centers in Afar Region.

The medical supplies including SAM and IEHK kits and oxygen concentrators have been delivered to 2 hospitals and 16 health centres in the region.

The donation will benefit more than 700,000 community members who are living in 12 districts in the region.
