Various public universities graduate a total of 12,959 students
Addis Ababa, February 13, 2021 (FBC) – Various Universities across the nation have graduated a total of 12,959 students in various fields of studies.
Adigrat University which is located in Tigray region has 2,576 students in the presense of Education State Miniser Dr. Samuel Urkato and Chief Excutive of Tigray Provisional Administration Dr. Mulu Nega and officials from regional and federal levels.
President of Oromia regional state, Shemelis Abidsa and President of Federal Supreme Court Meaza Ashenafi have presided over the graduation ceremony at Jimma University where 4,311 students qualified from various departments with first and second degrees.
Kotebe Metropolitan University, an institution serving as research hub of Addis Ababa City Administration has also graduated 2,039 graduates in several fields of qualifications in the presence of Deputy Mayor Adanech Abiebie and other high ranking officials and gusts.
Arsi University certified 23 medical professionals in several fields of specialization.
Wolega and Kebri Dehar Universities have qualified 3, 398 and 612 students respectively with attendance of high ranking government officials.
