US ambassador reaffirms support for Rehabilitation Commission
Addis Ababa, April 16, 2024 (FBC) – The Ambassador of the United States of America to Ethiopia, Ervin Jose Massinga, has affirmed the readiness of the American government to provide support for the initiatives of the National Rehabilitation Commission.
This affirmation came after a meeting between Chief Commissioner Temesgen Tilahun of the National Rehabilitation Commission of Ethiopia and Ambassador Massinga.
During their discussions, Commissioner Temesgen Commissioner Temesgen elaborated on the endeavors undertaken by his commission in pursuit of its objectives.
He expressed gratitude for the contributions of partners towards the success of the commission’s work. However, he underscored the imperative need to bolster and fortify this support.
The Commissioner also called on the U.S. government to continue its support to enhance the effectiveness of the commission’s activities.
In response, Ambassador Massinga confirmed that the support of the U.S. government will continue to be strengthened to ensure the success of the commission’s mission.
