UN remains committed to its valued partnership with Ethiopia – Resident Coordinator
Addis Ababa, April 1, 2024 (FBC) – The United Nations remains committed to its valued partnership with Ethiopia, according to its Under-Secretary-General and Resident & Humanitarian Coordinator for Ethiopia, Dr. Ramiz Alakbarov.
The resident coordinated reiterated UN’s commitment during his recent meeting with the FDRE President Sahle-Work Zewde.
During the meeting, both sides discussed UN country office’s approach to address development priorities and humanitarian challenges.
“The UN remains committed to its valued partnership with Ethiopia to scale up solutions that ‘Leave No One Behind’ and advance Sustainable Development Goals,” the resident coordinator said in a post on X.
