UK announces £6 million humanitarian fund to Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, August 22, 2022 (FBC) – The UK Government has announced a 6 million British Pounds humanitarian fund to Ethiopia.

According to British Embassy in Addis Ababa, the fund will provide vital assistance to under-funded emergencies in the country.

People affected by drought and conflict in several parts of the country are major recipients of the support provided by the UK Government.

The UK has announced a total of £36 million in UK humanitarian funding to help people in Ukraine, East Africa and Syria.
