Turkish transport, construction companies keen on investing in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, November 15, 2022 (FBC) – Ambassador and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia to Turkiye, Adem Mohammed conferred with a Trukish investor, Dr. Çetin Ay who is engaged in transport, construction, health and energy sectors.

Ambassador Adem Mohammed briefed the investor on the activities the Geovrnment of Ethiopia is undertaking to ensure conducive and enabling investment climate for foreign companies.

The Ambassador also said that the Government has put in place several incentives to encourage foreign investors who are interested to utilize the untapped investment opportunities in the country.

Dr. Çetin, for his part, appreciated the efforts being made by the government to ensure enabling situation for foreign companies, expressing the interest of his companies to invest in Ethiopia in various sectors.
