Transport & Logistics Minister visits Dorale Multi-Purpose Port

Addis Ababa, June 13, 2024 (FBC) – Ethiopia’s Minister of Transport and Logistics Alemu Sime has visited the Dorale Multi-Purpose Port in Djibouti to observe import-export transportation, particularly soil fertilizer.

During his visit to the port, the Minister was accompanied by Ethiopian Ambassador to Djibouti Berhanu Tsegaye and other senior officials of the port as well as officials of Ethiopian institutions stationed in Djibouti.

Minister Alemu Sime also directed the transfer of soil fertilizer to the country to be expedited and two new fertilizer bag sewing machines to be put into operation, the Ethiopian Embassy in Djibouti indicated.

He also held a meeting with CEO of Dorale Multi-Purpose Port, Djama Ibrahim Darar.
