TPLF obstructing delivery of humanitarian aid to Tigray: MFA

Addis Ababa, April 7, 2022 (FBC) – The terrorist TPLF is hampering the efforts being made to deliver humanitarian aid to the Tigray regional state, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).

Ambassador Dina Mufti, Spokesperson of MFA, today issued his ministry’s weekly press briefing in the city of Gondar, Amhara regional state.

In his statement, the Spokesperson said the government was ready for peace and to deliver humanitarian assistance.

Some 20 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid arrived in Tigray regional last week, he recalled, adding the government was ready to continue delivery of aid to the regional state.

However, he said, the terrorist TPLF is obstructing the delivery of humanitarian assistance.
