Three war-damaged bridges in northern Ethiopia repaired, reopened for traffic
Addis Ababa, July 7, 2023 (FBC) – Three bridges that were damaged due to the war in northern Ethiopia have been successfully repaired and reopened for traffic, Ethiopian Roads Authority announced.
The bridges are positioned on the roads that span from Mekele to Hawzen, from Alamata to Mehoni and from Seqota to Tsata and Maichew, and two of them have 36.6 meters each and the remaining 48 meters.
Be reminded that six bridges found in Afar, Amhara and Tigray regions have been repaired so far, and now open for traffic.
