Thousands running away from Tigray to Amhara Region fleeing TPLF atrocity
Addis Ababa, March 15, 2022 (FBC) – Thousands of people are running away from Tigray to neighboring Amhara fleeing atrocities in the region.
The IDPs who fled their homes in Tigray are now sheltered in three temporary camps in Kobo town, officials say.
The government is currently delivering daily humanitarian aid to the IDPs, Kobo town Peace and Security Office Head, Abebe Derso told local media. Currently there are over 46,000 IDPs are sheltered in the camps, Abebe said.
The IDPs told EPA that the TPLF terrorist Group is committing harrowing crimes against people of Tigray. The Junta is conducting conscriptions and using humanitarian supplies it snatched from the needy to cajole civilians for enlistment.
