The Walias’ U.S. tour matches postponed – EFF

Addis Ababa, June 26, 2023 (FBC) – The scheduled dates and venues for the Ethiopia national team (The Walias) summer U.S. tour have been postponed to August 2023, the Ethiopian Football Federation (EFF) announced today.

The Walias match against the Guyana national team was initially scheduled to be played in Atlanta on Saturday July 8, EFF said.

Accordingly, the latest schedule discloses that the Ethiopia national team will play against Guyana on August 2, 2023, at Segra Field, Washington D.C. Whereas, The Walias’ second match of the U.S. tour will be played against Atlanta Rovers FC on Saturday 5 August at Southern Crescent Stadium, Atlanta.

The Ethiopian Football Federation indicated that further details on the national team’s tour to the U.S., matchday ticket, and related issues will be provided in due time.
