Terrorist TPLF forces suffering heavy causalities in North Gondar Zone

Addis Ababa, September 1, 2021 (FBC) – North Gondar Zone Administration announced that the terrorist TPLF forces are suffering heavy causalities in several fronts of the areas.

Chief Administrator of the Zone, Yalealem Fentahun told FBC that the terrorist desperadoes are exerting futile efforts to enter Debark and Dabat Woredas in three directions.

The enemy that tried to cut off the highway through a special place called China is being destroyed by joint forces of the national army and Amhara forces.

The National Defense Forces, the Amhara Special Forces, the Amhara Militia, the Amhara Youth Force (Fano) and the residents of the zone are destroying the enemy in coordinated and unified manner, he added.

He noted that the terrorist group is suffering heavy casualties as the joint forces are annihilating its forces in concerted struggle.

Dabat Woreda Chief Administrator, Sewnet Wubalem, for his part, said a great victory is being achieved against the enemy that was toiling to take control of the strategic Wukin Mountain.

The enemy which has retreated to highland areas of Dabat after suffering heavy attack in the lowland localities will be annihilated soon as it has no way to escape, he added.
