Terrorist Shene group kills 15, displaces nearly thousand people in Oromia

Addis Ababa, October 14, 2021 (FBC) – Terrorist Shene Group killed 15 people in Harro town of Kiremu Woreda in Oromia region, and displaced nearly one thousand from the area, regional Communication Bureau Head.

The Bureau Head, Hailu Adugna said the terrorist group targeted minority ethnic groups in Oromia region, and trying to incite ethnic based violence in the area. Hailu said the attack also caused considerable property damage in the Woreda.

According to the Bureau Head, the terrorist Shene has formed solidarity with other insurgent group and intensified attacked that targeted innocent civilinas.

The regional government is working to maintain peace and security and reinstate the displaced, he added.
