Tana Forum will be held in Bahir Dar City in coming October

Addis Ababa, September 16, 2022 (FBC) – The Tana Forum 2022, which will be overseen by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Demeke Mekonnen and take place in the middle of October, is currently in the planning stages in Bahir Dar.

Tana Forum secretariat discussed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia and senior regional leadership on preparations underway ahead of the event.

The Tana High-Level Forum on Security in Africa is a platform for African leaders, key stakehoders, and pro-active strategists to collaboratively engage in exploring and exchanging ideas on African-led solutions to security challenges.
