Some 1,300 Ethiopians return home from Saudi Arabia

Addis Ababa, December 29, 2022 (FBC) Ministry of Women and Social Affairs announced that 1,300 Ethiopians who were suffering from difficult conditions in Saudi Arabia returned home on Wednesday.

According to the Ministry eight of the people who returned in three flights were under 18 years of age.

Ministry of Women and Social Affairs indicates that The Ministry of Women and Social Affairs disclosed that reunification of the returnees with their families is being done by providing appropriate support and care in makeshift centers.

It is indicated that a total of 19 thousand 992 Ethiopians have been repatriated since November 21, 2022.
