Silver Spark expresses interest to expand business in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, August 21, 2023 (FBC) – CFO and management teamof Silver Spark Apparel Ethiopia PLC’s parent company (Raymond Lifestyle) met with EIC’s commissioner, Lelise Neme and Deputy Commissioner Daniel Teressa.

Silver Spark’s CFO expressed his appreciation for EIC’s support and mentioned the company’s future investment expansion plan in Ethiopia. The company has employed 2,600 locals and has been exporting its products to the US.

The commissioner expressed her appreciation of the company’s investment in Hawassa Industrial Park and reassured the government’s commitment to support the company and make Ethiopia a priority investment destination on the continent.
