Russia’s CEC pronounces Putin as elected Russian President – Head
MOSCOW, March 21 (Sputnik) – Russian Central Election Commission (CEC) has adopted a resolution on the results of the presidential election in the country and pronounced Russian President Vladimir Putin as the elected president, CEC Chief Ella Pamfilova said on Thursday.
“Draft resolution of the Central Election Commission on the results of the presidential election in the Russian Federation scheduled for March 17, 2024… Adopted by all members of the Central Election Commission unanimously. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has been elected President of the Russian Federation,” Pamfilova said after signing the protocol on the results of voting in the Russian presidential election.
