Residents Hold Public Demonstration Condemning Kimant Committee

Addis Ababa, September 29, 2021 (FBC) – Chilga district and Aikel town residents, in north Gondar zone, held a public demonstration condemning Kimant Committee as “divisive”.

They said that the committee is working to create discord between the brotherly Amhara and Kimant communities.

The demonstrators called on the Kimant community to stand together with their Amhara brothers and other Ethiopians in defending their country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

They also denounced the TPLF Junta, fighting with the federal forces.
