Resident Ambassadors are getting briefed on Ethiopia’s 10 year perspective plan

Addis Ababa, January 28, 2021 (FBC) – President Sahle-Work Zewde said Ethiopia’s ten year perspective plan is instrumental in achieving national goals the country set ahead.

The plan will have also a significant role in reinforcing regional economic integration, the president added.

Resident Ambassadors and members of the diplomatic community in Addis Ababa are getting briefed on Ethiopia’s 10 year perspective plan at  United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) hall.

Senior government officials including president Sahle-Work Zewde have presided over the briefing session.

In her remarks on the briefing session, President Sahle-Work Zewde said the preparation of the plan has involved participation of stakeholders including international development partners.

International partners such as United Nations Development Program (UNDP) have partaken in the preparation of the plan, the President underlined.
