Putin awards Congolese leader with Order of Honor for developing bilateral ties – Decree
MOSCOW, June 27 (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded President of the Republic of the Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso with the Order of Honor for his contribution to the development and strengthening of relations between the countries.
“For his great contribution to the development and strengthening of relations between Russia and the Republic of the Congo, to award the Order of Honor to Sassou Nguesso Denis, the president of the Republic of the Congo,” the decree read.
