Rallies held in Oromia region in support of reform achieved over past six years

Addis Ababa, April 2, 2024 (FBC) – A peaceful public rallies staged in multiple towns and cities throughout the Oromia region with an overarching theme “We are guardians of our peace and we will champion the reforms.”

It is indicated that these public rallies were organized in all zones of the region to reaffirm the dedication to maintaining the progresses achieved the past six years under the leadership of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

Government officials and diverse segments of society have engaged in those public rallies, displaying various motifs endorsing the reforms implemented by the current government.

Note that Mr. Hailu Adugna, the Head of Communication for the Oromia region, recently emphasized the significant changes witnessed in the political, social, and economic spheres in recent years.
