Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed recognizes loyal taxpayers 

Addis Ababa, October 21, 2021 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed recognized loyal tax payers in a national ceremony held on Thursday.

The premier praised awardees for responding to the call from the government in paying taxes loyally and transparently.

“Diligence in being faithful exhibits concern for generations and dedication to uplift our country. Ethiopia thanks trustworthy and transparent taxpayers.  Last year on the same platform, I called upon the business community to fight corruption alongside your work” Abiy noted.

The special recognition is given to those who responded to that call, he said, adding “In the years to come, I entrust you to continue in being role models who envision and prioritize Ethiopia and future generations”
