President bids farewell to the outgoing Ambassador of Luxembourg

Addis Ababa, July 11, 2023 (FBC) – President Sahle-Work Zewde bid farewell to the outgoing Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Mr. Jean-Marc Hoscheit, the Office of the President said.

It is indicated that the President thanked the Ambassador for his contribution to strengthening relations between the two countries. According to the Office of the President, they both recalled that the ambassador had previously presented his credentials to the President when she was Director-General of the United Nations Office at Nairobi.

It is known that Ethiopia and Luxembourg have established diplomatic relations on 19 March 1980 when accredited first Ambassador of Ethiopia to Luxembourg (resident in Brussels) Dr. Ghebray Berhane.
