Premier to respond to MPs’ queries tomorrow

Addis Ababa, February 5, 2024 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) will respond to queries from the members of the FDRE House of Peoples’ Representatives on Tuesday February 6, 2024, the House confirmed today.

The House’s 14th regular session will be held tomorrow from 8:30 am, Public Relations Director at HoPR, Mr. Yacob Woldesamayat, told Fana Broadcasting Corporate.

Based on the potential queries from the members of the parliament, Prime Minister Abiy is expected to highlight his government’s half-year performance and priorities for the remaining half-year of the current Ethiopian fiscal year.

The parliamentary session is expected to be attended by parliamentarians, senior government officials, representatives of opposition political parties, diplomats, among others.
