Premier presides over Addis Ababa City six months work performance review
Addis Ababa, February 25, 2021 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has presided over appraisal of the projects and work performance of Addis Ababa City Administration during the past six months against set goals.
The premier said the appraisal of the job performance of the city administration is part of the continuation of the government’s performance evaluation culture.
On the occasion, Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa, Adanech Abiebie presented the major activities the city has undertaken during the half year.
She said the city administration has undertaken activities to address housing problems of low income residents, and managed to reclaim 1,338 ha of land illegally possessed by individuals and organizations in several parts of the capital.
Deputy Mayor also said that the city administration has been implementing various infrastructural projects to speed up social and economic changes in the metropolis.
