PP President entrusts senior officials to adopt service-oriented leadership to propel Ethiopia’s growth
Addis Ababa, September 24, 2024 (FBC) – President of Prosperity Party and the Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed has entrusted senior members of the country’s ruling party to adopt a servant leadership approach to achieve national aspirations and realize a prosperous Ethiopia.
The remark was made during the closing ceremony of a 12-day capacity-building training program for senior members from regional states, city administrations, and federal institutions, that was held in Adama city, Oromia region.
The training, which involved over 2,000 senior members, focused on various national and current issues, as well as building leadership capacity.
The training aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to address political, social, and economic challenges, ensuring Ethiopia’s future prosperity and shaping the fate of the next generation.
At the closing ceremony, the head of the ruling party Abiy Ahmed emphasized the importance of adopting a servant leadership approach to create a prosperous Ethiopia by achieving national goals through synergy and commitment.
In response, participants expressed their gratitude for the capacity-building training, which they believed would help them effectively address societal demands at every level and contribute to Ethiopia’s development.
According to the politicians, the training not only equipped them with the necessary skills to manage time efficiently but also provided valuable insights into building the Ethiopia of tomorrow.
Moreover, participants emphasized that the training instilled in them a sense of responsibility for driving positive change and becoming wealth creators for their country.
The officials claimed that the training had deepened their understanding of the party’s missions and inspired them to strive for better results in their efforts to shape Ethiopia’s future.
