PP President Abiy Ahmed vows to work together with contending parties to ensure better Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, March 11, 2022 (FBC) – President of ruling Prosperity Party, Abiy Ahmed (PhD) has vowed to work together with contending parties to ensure better Ethiopia.

“Prosperity Party has ensured self-determination & inclusiveness in #Ethiopia. PP believes that it has to to turn every problem into opportunity. Our party is fighting against malpractices to ensure benefit of all Ethiopians,” PP President Abiy Ahmed (PhD)

Abiy urged contending political parties to nurture the culture of democracy and make peaceful struggle their identity. PP wants contending parties to share their best experiences with and and contribute constructive comments to rectify problems in the party.

Ruling Prosperity Party is ready to work together with contending opposition parties for better nation building process. “We will bring additional leaders and members of contending political parties to the government leadership positions to enhance their participation in the overall activities of the country,” the Party President said.

The Ruling Party and Government has a great commitment for upcoming inclusive national dialogue, he added.

Critical decisions will be passed by the party with a view to ramp up development endeavors and ensure equality and democracy among Ethiopians, he said.

He further called on all Ehiopians to stand with the government in furthering development and peace endeavors in the nation. 

The party will also introduce new leaders that would contribute to the prosperity of Ethiopia, Abiy added.
