PP concludes First Congress, elects central and executive committees members  

Addis Ababa, March 13, 2022 (FBC) – The first congress of Prosperity Party (PP) successfully concluded today by issuing a six-point statement..

The congress, which has been going on for the past three days, has concluded with a 6-point statement outlining the party’s future direction.

In a statement, the party announced that it has thoroughly discussed ways how to scale up best achievements and address challenges seen during implementation of reforms over the last four years. 

Results have been gained in line with the efforts undertaken to turn challenges into opportunities, the statement said.

The congress has also elected 225 members of the central committee and 45 members of the executive committee. The congress also elected president and two vice-presidents of the party yesterday,
