PP accredits officials for invaluable contribution to restore peace, rebuild Tigray region

Addis Ababa, January 4, 2023 (FBC) – Officials who gave blood, sweat, and tears to restore peace and rebuild infrastructures and installations in Tigray region received recognition from the ruling party.

In the presence of Adem Farah, Vice President of the Prosperity Party, a recognition program was held for the officials who contributed immensely to the rebuilding and rehabilitation process of the Tigray region.

It was indicated that many officials have given blood, sweat, and tears to resolve the conflict in the northern part of the country.

It was also mentioned that many of the ruling party’s officials were making instrumental efforts to rebuild and rehabilitate the damages, to provide unfettered humanitarian aid, to ensure resumption of public institution services, and implement the peace agreement.

It is stated during the recognition ceremony that these efforts provided significant contribution to the return of promising peace in the region.

A brief report on the performance and overall state of the mission was presented by officials who have been assigned through the Shire and Alamata corridors.

Prosperity Party’s post on social media indicates that those officials made heroic contributions to preserve the sovereignty of Ethiopia, to sustain the solidarity of its people, and to ease the peoples’ affliction.

Adem Farah expressed his gratitude to those officials who took up the mission, acclaiming that “You have undertaken the mission valiantly and the results you achieved have demonstrated your determination and readiness to serve your country.”
