PM holds phone talks with World Bank President

Addis Ababa, April 7, 2020 (FBC) – Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed has held phone talks with David Malpass, President of the World Banks Group.

The talks focused on debt suspension to counter the macroeconomic shock of the COVID19 crisis and additional financial support for response efforts

The Prime Minister said he was pleased with the positive feedback from the President.
