PM Abiy says Ethiopia plants 6.7bln seedlings this year

Addis Ababa, September 5, 2021 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed stated that 6.7 Billion tree seedlings have been planted in several parts of the country this year.

The Premier has extended congratulatory message to Ethiopians over successful finalization if the third round Green Initiative Legacy.

Prime Minister Abiy participated in tree planting campaign took place in Oromia Region.

Ethiopia has been working to expand the Green Legacy Initiative in neighbouring countries of the continent.
