PM Abiy says Ethiopia plants 18 Billion tree seedlings in three years since 2019

Addis Ababa, September 3, 2021 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed announced that Ethiopia has planted 18 Billion tree seedlings in three years since 2019 including 2021.

Premier recalled that the nation launched the Green Legacy initiative in 2019 targeting 20 Billion seedlings in 4 years.

Prime Minister Abiy reiterated that Ethiopia will continue on this success trajectory achieved in the Green Legacy Initiative in other areas building on the unity and positive goodwill of its people.
