PM Abiy Ahmed sees off UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at airport

Addis Ababa, August 19, 2023 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) has seen off Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan who has been in Ethiopia on an official visit at Bole International Airport.

“It has been a great pleasure hosting my dear brother Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed during his visit to Ethiopia. We will continue expanding our scope of cooperation,” said Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed in his farewell message.

In a bilateral meeting held between Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed on Friday, both leaders acknowledged the ever strengthening ties between Ethiopia and the UAE and expressed commitment to build stronger bridges in the benefit of both peoples.

Following the bilateral meeting, the two leaders presided over a signing ceremony of 17 agreements in various sectors, including industry, agriculture, investment and finance.
