PM Abiy Ahmed reaffirms commitment to ensuring prosperity for Ethiopia on Harmony Day

Addis Ababa, September 9, 2024 (FBC) – On Harmony Day, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) highlighted Ethiopia’s rich diversity, emphasizing that the nation is composed of numerous nations and nationalities, languages, cultures, beliefs, civilizations, and heroes.

“Ethiopia embodies harmony. What we have is a product of our collective effort. We respect each everyone and take pride in everything. Our multinational identity defines our appearance, while our unity is the essence of our existence. These values thrive in our beloved Ethiopia,” the Prime Minister stated.

He further expressed the nation’s ambition to forge one political and economic community, asserting that the objective is to achieve prosperity for Ethiopia. “We are united Ethiopians, strengthened by our multinational unity,” he concluded.
