PM Abiy Ahmed appoints Mesganu Arga as State Minister of MFA Ethiopia
Addis Ababa, January 11, 2023 (FBC) – The FDRE Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmed, has appointed Ambassador Mesganu Arega as State Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia.
The Ministry confirmed on social media that Ambassador Mesganu’s appointment is effective from January 10, 2023.
Ambassador Mesganu Arega, according to MFA Ethiopia, has been serving as Chief Executive Officer of Ethio-Engineering Group since December 2021.
He was also Ethiopia’s ambassador to the State of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates from 2013–17.
