PHDCCI pledges to promote Ethiopian investment opportunities

Addis Ababa, July 12, 2023 (FBC) – Demeke Atnafu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia to the Republic of India confers with PHDCCI Chamber of Commerce and Industry Officials.

The Ambassador has conferred with Col Saurabh Sanyal, Secretary General; Ranjeet Mehta and Naveen Seth, Deputy Secretary Generals; H P Kumar, Advisors and other officials of PHDCCI Chamber of Commerce and Industry on business and investment opportunities in Ethiopia.

It is stated that Ambassador Demeke briefed the Secretary General and other senior officials of the Chamber on business and investment opportunities in Ethiopia with special focus on priority investment sectors such as agro-processing, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, ICT, tourism, mining and energy.

The Secretary General on his part expressed the Chamber’s readiness to jointly promote Ethiopian business and investment opportunities by conducting seminars in different regions of India as well as organizing business and investment delegates to Ethiopia.
