Painting exhibition aimed at promoting Ethiopia’s rich artistic legacy held in Dubai

Addis Ababa, August 15, 2022 (FBC) – A painting exhibition was held on the premises of the Ethiopian Consulate in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The paintings by artist Biruk Yeshitela, titled “Tesfa” (Hope), were shown, and both UAE residents and visitors, including diplomats, praised them highly.

Ambassador Aklilu Kebede, Consul General of the Ethiopian Consulate in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, took the opportunity to describe Ethiopia’s rich artistic legacy. The renowned Ethiopian coffee ceremony and a variety of Ethiopian foods were served in conjunction with the show.
