New Year brings closer Ethiopia’s goal of wheat exports: PM Abiy Ahmed

Addis Ababa, September 16, 2022 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed reviewed this moring of whet clusters in the Dugda and Bora woredas of the Oromia Regional State.

The wheat clusters in the two regions is quite promising, the Prime Minister said. The Premier stated that the new Ethiopian year brings closer Ethiopia’s goal of wheat exports. R

According to the Prime Minister, the East Shewa zone of Oromia alone aims to harvest 7mil quintals. The Prime Minister further underscored that increased mechanization will yield greater results in the wheat farming sector.
