New sorghum initiative in Harari Region shows great promise: PM Abiy Ahmed

Addis Ababa, October 12, 2024 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) has commended new sorghum initiative in Harari Region.

“The Harari region’s new fast-growing sorghum initiative shows great promise, with an expected average yield of 43 quintals per hectare per year on previously uncultivated land,” the Prime Minister noted.
