NEBE, media professionals hold discussion on voters’ education, election reporting

Addis Ababa, February 13, 2020 (FBC) –The National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is currently holding consultation with media professionals.

The discussion mainly focused on voters’ education, election reporting, electoral calendar, and electoral code of conduct, among others.

The role of media, media outreach and potential challenges of election reporting are some of the topics of the discussion.

Professionals drawn from all federal and regional states’ media houses, including from community radios, are participating in the discussion.
