MoLS Minister Muferihat Kamil visits Tiajin University of Technology & Education

Addis Ababa, November 22, 2024 (FBC) – Ethiopian delegation led by Ms. Mufriat Kamil Ahmed, Minister of Labor and Skill of Ethiopia had paid a visit to Tianjin University of Technology and Education one of the earliest institutions to hold higher vocational education in China on the sideline of “2024 World Vocational and Technical Education Development Conference” underway in Tianjin Municipality from 20 – 22 Nov. 2024.

The visit was mainly focusing high skill vocational, technical and talent cultivation training centers.

According to the Ethiopian Embassy in Beijing, Tiajin University of Technology and Education receives students from local and overseas.

Ambassador Tefera Derbew Yimam, Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassador of Ethiopia to the People’s Republic of China has been also invited to participate in the conference and accompanying Minister Mufriat Kamil during her visit to the University.

At the end, Ethiopian delegation had a candid discussion with the leaders of the University on the future cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and Skill and Tianjin University of Technology and Education.
