Modi’s Visit to Russia Being Prepared – Kremlin Aide

MOSCOW, June 25 (Sputnik) – The visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Russia is being prepared, the dates will be announced by agreement between the parties, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said on Tuesday.

Earlier in the day, Indian newspaper Tribune reported that Modi will make a one-day trip to Moscow on July 8.

“I can confirm that we are preparing a visit of the prime minister of India. We cannot announce the dates yet, because the dates are announced by the parties in agreement. But we are actively preparing, I will emphasize again, this visit will take place,” Ushakov told reporters, commenting on the reports.
