Ministry of Health, Clinton Health Access Initiative discuss health facility restoration efforts

Addis Ababa, January 26, 2022 (FBC) –The Minister of Health, Dr. Lia Tadesse discussed with Interim CEO and Board Member of Clinton Health Access Initiative Joy Phumaphi on restoration of health facilities and related issues.

The two focused on strengthening partnerships between the Ministry and the Clinton Health Access Initiative in improving quality of primary Health care for the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) including the health extension program roadmap.

They also discussed on the COVID-19 pandemic response, health facility restoration efforts and building a resilient health system.
