MFA Ethiopia congratulates Somaliland on a peaceful and democratic election

Addis Ababa, November 15, 2024 (FBC) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has congratulated the People of Somaliland on the conduct of a peaceful and democratic election.

In an official press release issued on its social media page, the Ministry also commended the National Electoral Commission of Somaliland for conducting a free and fair election.

MFA Ethiopia underscored that this process reflects the maturity of Somaliland’s governance and democratic system.
