Addis Ababa, December 4, 2024 (FBC) – Members of the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) continue to move to their designated camps in light of the recent peace agreement established between the Oromia Regional Government and OLA.
Recall that relocation of armed members of OLA to their designated camps has commenced yesterday with hundreds moving into the designated centers.
Today, hundreds of members of OLA operating in various areas continued to enter the centers prepared for them, according to information from the Oromia Regional Branch Office of the Prosperity Party.
It was indicated that the peace accord, signed last Sunday, aims to peacefully address longstanding issues affecting the community and to resolve political disputes through dialogue.
