Ireland announces €9m Multi-Year funding commitment to Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, September 16, 2023 (FBC) – The Embassy of Ireland in Addis Ababa has announced a 9 million Euro Multi-Year funding commitment to the OCHA Ethiopia in response to humanitarian needs in the country.

Ambassador of Ireland to Ethiopia, Nicola Brennan said the assistance is part of the Ethiopian Humanitarian Fund for 2023–2025. 

“Ireland’s predictable and flexible funding will facilitate a timely and effective response to meet the most severe needs across Ethiopia,” Ambassador Nicola Brennan said.
