IPDC seeks to enhance presence of more Russian investments in industrial parks
Addis Ababa, July 26, 2024 (FBC) – During a meeting with the Russian-African Economic Cooperation Committee, Fisseha Yitagesu, CEO of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC), expressed the corporation’s desire to attract more Russian investments into industrial parks, aligning with the long-standing relationship between Ethiopia and Russia.
Fisseha highlighted the favorable investment conditions in the industrial parks and the Dire-Dawa Free Trade Zone managed by the IPDC during the meeting.
In addition to expressing the desire to attract Russian investments, he expounded investment incentives and infrastructures prepared for foreign investors in Ethiopia.
It is mentioned that the corporation is collaborating with embassies, international organizations, and development partners to enhance the flow of investments in Ethiopia’s industrial parks.
