Inter-Religious council calls for peaceful election process

Addis Ababa, June 17, 2021 (FBC) – Inter-Religious Council of Ethiopia urged all parties play their share in making the upcoming national elections peaceful.

The council particularly urged the youth to avoid tendencies that may lead to election violence and contribute their share for peaceful election process in the country.

Inter-Religious council has discussed latest developments with perspectives of the contribution of religious leaders and institutions in promoting peace and stability in Ethiopia.
