INSA, EBA sign MoU to prevent media fromcyber attacks

Addis Ababa, October 6, 2020 (FBC) –Information Network Security Agency (INSA) and the Ethiopian Broadcasting Authority (EBA) have signed a MoU to prevent media from cyber attacks.

The agreement, aimed at building reliable and secured media, was signed by Dr Shumete Gizaw, director-general of INSA and Dr Getachew Dinku, director general of EBA.

During the agreement ceremony, it was noted that the two sides agreed to cooperate in capacity building, installation of secured infrastructure, and cyber security and other related areas.

Dr Getachew on the occasion called on media to discharge their responsibilities in providing the public with reliable and accurate information.
